Garhwa civic elections: Ground connection brought victory, resources were not decisive.

The results of the municipal elections announced in Garhwa district clearly indicate that the candidates who succeeded at the local level were those who had been active and available to the public for a long time. Winning elections based solely on money, resources, and external glamor proved impossible.

Sadhna Devi won the Shri Banshidhar Nagar Panchayat elections by a margin of 211 votes.

The election results for the Shri Banshidhar Nagar Panchayat area have been declared. Sadhna Devi won the post of president with a total of 3,266 votes.

Panchayat assistants raised the demand for payment of pending incentive amount.
