Garhwa: The cricket match, held in Belchampa village of Garhwa block, was inaugurated by Vivekananda Tiwari, a representative of BJP MLA Satyendra Nath Tiwari. The match was primarily played between the teams of MSD Belchampa and Angad Vishunpur Rehala, with the Belchampa team emerging victorious.
Addressing the event, Chief Guest Vivekananda Tiwari said that sports play an important role in life. Sports promote physical and mental development. He emphasized that players should always play with a sporting spirit. A good player is one who accepts both defeat and victory and learns from every experience.
BJP Mandal President Vikas Tiwari said that India has distinguished itself globally in the field of sports. The country has produced many outstanding cricketers, and Jharkhand has played a significant role in this. He added that players like Mahendra Singh Dhoni from Jharkhand have made a special mark in world cricket and have become an inspiration for the youth.
Pankaj Paswan, Shamsher Alam and Binu Gupta along with others were present as guests on the occasion.
Many young people, including Piyush Paswan, Rahul Paswan, Navneet, Amit, Vishal, Priyanshu, Sandeep, Lalu, Prakash, Rishi, and others, played a key role in organizing the cricket match. A large number of sports enthusiasts were present at the event.
