Kandi: A grand Holi gathering was organized in Kandi Bazaar on Tuesday under the leadership of Kandi Panchayat head Vijay Ram. Area public representatives, Panchayat members, and a large number of villagers enthusiastically participated in the event.
Many dignitaries, including Kandi chief Pinku Pandey, Panchayat member representatives Anoop Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Vinod Chandravanshi, Ashok Prasad, District Council representatives Dinesh Kumar, Vijay Soni, and Satendra Prasad, were present at the ceremony. They greeted each other with abir and gulal, wishing them a happy Holi, and conveyed the message of mutual brotherhood and harmony.
On this occasion, Chief Vijay Ram said that the festival of Holi conveys the message of love and unity, setting aside differences. Such events foster harmony in society and strengthen relationships between people.
A cultural presentation was also organized during the event, in which local artists performed Fagua songs, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Refreshments were provided for everyone at the end.
