Garhwa: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a special program was held on Sunday in the auditorium of Umang Vatika at Nawada Mod. The program was organized by the Omnus Development Foundation, led by Champa Devi. Its purpose was to raise awareness about women’s rights, respect, and empowerment, and to inspire them to become self-reliant.
During the program, speakers emphasized the crucial role women play in the development of society. If women are provided with education, respect, and equal opportunities, they can make significant contributions to the development of not only their families but also society and the nation as a whole. Speakers urged women to be aware of their rights and move forward with confidence.
On this occasion, Advocate Vinay Pal, PLV Roshan Ara, Babita Devi of Ekal Samaj Seva, Firoz Ansari of Rashtriya Ansari Ekta Sangathan, AJSU District President Deepak Sharma, Shankar Vishwakarma, Shashi Shekhar Vishwakarma, Advocate Ankita Kumari, Teacher Lilavati Devi, Angita Kumari, Neha Kumari, Kiran Devi, Geeta Devi, Meena Devi, Sapna Kumari, Pawan Tiwari, Dr. Isteyak Raja, Manju Devi, Pushpa Devi, Rambha Devi, Sadhna Devi, Sudha Devi and Sabu Anwar along with many others were present.
At the end of the program, all those present pledged to work together to spread awareness and promote respect, equality, and empowerment for women. The program sent a positive message of respect and awareness for women in society.
