The first day of the undergraduate session-4 examination conducted by Nilamber-Pitamber University was conducted in a peaceful and misconduct-free environment at Model Degree College, Garhwa on Saturday.
At this examination centre, along with Model Degree College Garhwa, a centre has also been made for the candidates of Gopinath Singh Women’s College Garhwa.
A total of 221 candidates appeared for the Communication Skills (Hindi) exam in the first shift, of which two were absent. In the second shift, 54 candidates appeared for the Communication Skills exam, of which one was absent.
The examination will commence from March 28 and will continue till April 11 as per the scheduled time-table.
Center Superintendent Dr. Neeta Kumari Sinha said that as per the instructions of the University’s Examination Department, for the smooth conduct of the examination, the Principal of the College Vinod Augustine Soren and Dr. Sudeshwar Prajapati have been made the Examination Control Incharge.
Pramod Seth has been appointed as Magistrate to ensure a malpractice-free examination. The district administration has also deployed police force, including Sub-Inspector Shambhu Kumar Singh, Emlen Barla, and a constable. The teachers and staff of Gopinath Singh Women’s College, Rabia Reyaz, Samreen, Amit Tiwari, Archana Kumari, Luv Kumar Thakur, Bachandev Chaudhary, Lal Bihari Singh, Sunil Paswan, Jitendra Prasad Mehta, Karmi Devi, and Pankaj Oraon, made a commendable contribution in conducting the examination.
Overall, the arrangements remained strong on the first day of the examination and the examination was conducted peacefully.
