Majhiaon: The excitement surrounding the municipal elections is growing stronger day by day. Candidates for the post of Nagar Panchayat President are campaigning using various resources.
On Wednesday, candidates for the post of President, Marut Nandan Soni and Virendra Ram alias Virendra Chandravanshi, held street meetings at the main bus stand and Bakri Bazaar in the main market, seeking public support. During the meetings, both candidates targeted former representatives and reiterated their commitment to development work and a corruption-free Nagar Panchayat.
The candidates appealed to voters to vote in large numbers on February 23rd. They urged them to support them in making the Nagar Panchayat developed and transparent and ensure their victory.
Awadh Bihari Singh alias Makhan Singh, Pinku Soni, Business Association President Neeraj Kamalapuri, Tuku Kamalapuri, Virendra Prasad, Vivek Soni, Dharmendra Pandey, Ujjwal Kumar, Manoj Jaiswal, Awadhesh Kumar Soni, and other supporters were present on the occasion.
Apart from this, many people including former Lok Sabha candidate of Lohardaga Girjanandan Oraon, Central President of Jharkhand Kranti Manch Shatrughan Kumar Shatru, General Secretary Ravindra Kumar Ravi, BSP leader Rakesh Kumar, Shuneshwar Ram, Mahendra Singh alias Kalia, Sudama Chandravanshi, Premchand Mali appealed to vote in favor of their respective candidates.
