Shri Banshidhar Nagar. The prayers for the final Friday (Alvida Jumma) of the holy month of Ramadan were offered with immense devotion, dignity, and grandeur across the sub-divisional headquarters as well as the surrounding rural areas. On this occasion, a large number of worshippers gathered at mosques to offer prayers and prayed for peace, tranquility, and prosperity for the country and the world.
Alvida Jumma prayers were offered at various mosques throughout the block area, including those in Nagar Untari, Checheria, Kadhwan, Kushdand, Bardiha, Narhi, and Sonvarsha. At the Bardiha Jama Masjid, the Pesh-e-Imam (Lead Imam), Hafiz Manauwar Ansari, led the prayers; while highlighting the significance of Ramadan, he delivered a message of mutual brotherhood and humanity to the congregation.
Pesh-e-Imam Hafiz Manauwar Ansari stated that the holy month of Ramadan conveys a message of patience, sacrifice, and brotherhood to mankind. During this month, through worship, fasting, and supplication, individuals seek and attain the mercy of Allah. Therefore, we must follow the path illuminated by Ramadan and strive to promote mutual love and humanity.
Present on this occasion were numerous dignitaries, including Shamim Khan (Patron of the Nagar Untari Anjuman Committee), Tauhid Khan (President), Kalam Khan, Pappu Khan, Amin Khan, Mahmood Alam, Shoaib Alam, as well as Bardiha village representatives—Maulvi Sadiq Ansari, Mushtaq Ahmed (President), Usman Ansari (Secretary), Rahat Hussain, Masauwar Ansari, Haisiyat Ansari, Suleman Ansari, Kalam Ansari, Sabid Ansari, Rakib Anwar, Dr. Rizwan Ahmed, Dr. Shahid Ansari, and Sajid Raza.
