Sagma: Dharmendra Kumar Vishwakarma (father Shyama Prasad Vishwakarma), a resident of Ghagri village in the Dhurki police station area, died in Ranchi while undergoing treatment 12 days after being injured in a road accident. As soon as news of the incident reached the village, a wave of mourning spread throughout the area, while his family members were inconsolable.
According to reports, about 12 days ago, Dharmendra Kumar Vishwakarma’s two-wheeler met with an accident on the bank of a canal near Putur village in the Sagma block. He was seriously injured in the accident, suffering serious injuries to his forehead and leg.
Following the incident, his family admitted him to RIMS Hospital in Ranchi for treatment. However, when his condition did not improve, he was admitted to a private hospital in Ranchi, where he underwent intensive treatment for the past 12 days. His condition suddenly deteriorated on Thursday, and he tragically passed away on Friday morning.
According to the deceased’s family, his body is expected to arrive in the village from Ranchi by late night. Following the incident, a large crowd gathered at the deceased’s home, offering condolences to the family.
The deceased reportedly has two young children, one aged five and the other aged seven. Their untimely deaths have left the entire family in deep shock.
Those who reached the deceased’s house to offer condolences included BJP Mandal President Dilip Kumar Yadav, former District Council member Nand Gopal Yadav, Mukhiya representative Ashok Ram, Birbal Mukhiya, Indrajit Kushwaha, BDC representative Ravindra Baitha, former Mukhiya Vinod Kumar Ram, Hira Charan Yadav, Rajiv Ranjan Verma, Lokendra Yadav, Lal Mohan Shah and Deepak Kumar Yadav, among many others.
