The weekly Hanuman Chalisa recitation was formally inaugurated on Chaitra Shukla Trayodashi (Tuesday, March 31, 2026) at the Shiva temple complex in Bar Tola, Parihara village, under Sadar block of Garhwa district. Local devotees participated enthusiastically in the event.
The program began with prayers to Lord Shiva and Lord Hanuman, which were performed by Amit, Nisha, Roshni, and other devotees. Following this, all the devotees present collectively recited the Hanuman Chalisa, filling the atmosphere with devotion.
On this occasion, Neeraj Shridhar, director of Pt. Harsh Dwivedi Kala Manch, said that in today’s times, it is extremely important to spread information about Sanatan culture and traditions to the new generation. He suggested that people of all age groups should gather at a designated time every Tuesday to discuss cultural and religious topics.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s district minister Sonu Singh said that such events promote unity in the society and regular recitation of Hanuman Chalisa provides mental peace and positive energy.
Local youth Vikas Chauhan urged young people to actively participate in such programs and contribute to the preservation of their cultural heritage. A parent also stressed the importance of instilling religious and cultural education in children from an early age.
Many devotees including Shubham, Abhishek, Avinash Chauhan, Amit Chauhan, Rohit Chauhan, Sanjana, Bhoomi, Uttam Chauhan, Nitish Chauhan, Satish Chauhan, Upendra Chauhan, Gopal Chauhan, Ramji Chauhan, Ankita, Nandani and Radha were present in the program.
Finally, everyone resolved to regularly recite the Hanuman Chalisa every Tuesday and promote Indian culture. The program concluded with a Shanti Path and the distribution of Prasad.
