Majhiaon: The election for the post of President concluded in the Majhiaon Nagar Panchayat area. Sumitra Devi scored a hat-trick, winning for the third consecutive time.
Sumitra Devi received a total of 3,712 votes, while her nearest rival, Maruti Nandan Soni, received 2,387. Thus, Sumitra Devi won by a margin of 1,325 votes over her rival.
Girish Pandey came in third with 811 votes, followed by Sateshwari Dubey with 665 votes.
The vote count was conducted peacefully and transparently under the supervision of the administration. With Sumitra Devi’s third consecutive victory, her supporters were filled with excitement.
