Bardiha police caught a tractor loaded with illegal sand, FIR registered.

Majhiaon: Following the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, the Majhiaon Bardihha police station conducted a raid, seized a tractor loaded with illegal sand, and registered an FIR. Station in-charge Rishikesh Kumar Singh said that when the tractor was seized near the Babhani BK chimney brick kiln and documents were requested, no valid challan was produced.

Investigation revealed that the tractor was illegally transporting sand. The District Mining Officer was informed, and on his instructions, a First Information Report (FIR) was registered at the Bardiha Police Station under the Mining Department’s order, case number 8/26.

The station in-charge said that the tractor belongs to Chintu Yadav, a resident of Budhi Khand village in the Majhiaon police station area and further legal action is underway in the matter.
